Jim Cramer discussed how United Airlines (UAL) - Get Report CEO Oscar Muñoz should have initially broached the topic of the 'customer is always right'. Unfortunately the video in question is very compelling with its 220 million views but it ultimately won't affect United Airlines given that planes are full all the time.
Cramer also noted that Delta Airlines (DAL) - Get Report gross margins improved and that's overall great for the airlines.
