TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer thinks there's a coalition of people calling for a slower pace of Federal Reserve rate hikes.

"If you listen to the FedEx (FDX) [earnings] call, they'll tell you business could slow and they talked about how there's the end of the global synchronized era which is really pretty stark," Cramer noted.
