Jim Cramer on the Dow's Record High: There Is Opportunity Everywhere
Jim Cramer says U.S. investors want good growth and they're willing to accept interest rate hikes to get it.

"We are now in a mode where we want good growth and we are accepting of rate hikes," Cramer says, adding that the markets are accepting of the notion that central bank assistance isn't needed in order to grow and that Congress may help with fiscal stimulus. The Dow trades near 19,200. Cramer says there are opportunities in the banking sector for investors.
