TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer is keeping an eye on the activist battle brewing at Newell Brands (NWL) between Carl Icahn and Starboard Value.

Cramer sold shares of Newell Brands back in October for his charitable trust at a price much higher than it's current level of roughly $27 a share.
