Jim Cramer on Tesla: Buy the Car

If you like Tesla (TSLA) - Get Report then buy the car, says TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Tesla Motors is reportedly adding a lower priced version of its Model X crossover starting at $74,000. The new model has a shorter range and less torque, but is $9,000 less expensive than the Model X 75D. The company recently cut the price of its Model S sedan to $66,000 while missing its sales targets. Earlier this week, the SEC began an investigation into Tesla to see if the company failed to disclose the autopilot crash that killed the driver in May.
