Friday's Syria missile strikes may not be "one and done," according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

Cramer pointed to reports of Bashar al-Assad laughing in the aftermath of the strikes. "I think Bashar al-Assad should count his blessing rather than laugh," Cramer said, referring to the fact that the U.S.'s Syria response could have been even harsher than Friday's strikes.
