Discovery and Scripps are reportedly in talks to merge.
Amid reports that Discovery Communications (DISCA) - Get Report and Scripps (SSP) - Get Report are in talks to merger, TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said Discovery has a good international footprint, particularly in Europe.
The potential merger was reported by The Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.
