"This is something I've been pushing forever," Cramer says. "But I wanted Apple to buy them because I think people don't realize that Harman is not a speaker company - Harman has been the big intellectual property winner in cars." Cramer said he doesn't think Apple will present an offer for Harman. "Apple is a great company, but this is something that Samsung stole," Cramer said, referring to the low price of $112 a share Samsung is paying.
