"I think the markets like gridlock because its certainty that nothing will get done," Cramer said, adding that should a fiscal stimulus pass next year, it should be a boon to inflation. Cramer also said it's too early to tell what the Federal Reserve will do in terms of interest rate hikes at its next meeting in December.
