Nelson Peltz is eyeing a seat on P&G's board.
TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said if he were a shareholder of Procter & Gamble (PG) - Get Report , he would welcome Trian's Nelson Peltz to the board of directors.
"He brings a lot to the party," Cramer said.
