Traders should focus on average hourly earnings and the average workweek in Friday's July Jobs report, said TheStreet's (TST) - Get Report Jim Cramer. Wall Street is estimating the average hourly earnings to rise 0.2% from the prior month, and the average workweek to remain steady at 34.4 hours. The consensus estimate for the headline nonfarm payroll number is an addition of 185,000 jobs with the unemployment rate dropping to 4.8% from 4.9%. Last month, the June Jobs report shocked the market with the addition of 287,000 jobs.
