Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) on CNBC's Mad Money Wednesday is proposing legislation to force companies to cater more to stakeholders rather than solely shareholders.

Sen. Warren spoke to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer on Wednesday's edition of CNBC's Mad Money.

Cramer points to a few companies that are already keeping stakeholders top of mind: Costco (COST) , Salesforce (CRM) and Domino's Pizza (DPZ) , already.
