Google (GOOGL) Cloud has fallen behind IBM's (IBM) cloud business, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

Alphabet, Amazon and Microsoft are holdings of Action Alerts PLUS.
