Google (GOOGL) Cloud has fallen behind IBM's (IBM) cloud business, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

"The biggest issue with IBM is that people want Microsoft (MSFT) Azure, they want Google Cloud and of course they want Amazon (AMZN) Web Services," Cramer said. "I would posit that Google Cloud has fallen behind IBM."

Alphabet, Amazon and Microsoft are holdings of Action Alerts PLUS.
