Jim Cramer and TheStreet's Stephanie Link discuss General Motors. After a tough quarter for the automaker, Cramer and Link agree the recall issues plaguing the company since the start of the year have largely passed. Cramer says auto companies are dividend plays. "If GM sticks to his knitting, you'll find GM won't go back to $30," Cramer adds. But if it did go to $30 per share, Cramer says this would be a gift not a worry. GM has $15 billion in net cash, which Link notes is a significant cushion, giving the company flexibility to raise its dividend. The stock has dropped 25.5% since the start of the year.
