Jim Cramer on GE, Tesla, Canada and Cannabis

Jim Cramer tackles the news of the day and explains why he's wary of cannabis stocks.

Jim Cramer discussed the surprising departure of John Flannery, General Electric's (GE) - Get Report CEO of 13 months. The board announced a replacement, Larry Culp, early Monday morning. 

Cramer also discussed some of the weekend headlines.

He tackled Elon Musk's, CEO of Tesla (TSLA) - Get Report , deal with the SEC, which came out over the weekend. 

The U.S. reached a deal with Canada on NAFTA. Except it's no longer NAFTA. The agreement helped to form the U.S. Mexico Canada Agreement.
