On the fourth anniversary of Facebook's (FB) - Get Report IPO, TheStreet's Jim Cramer says the company is a 'management story' and they did an amazing job of pivoting to mobile. Cramer says the company came public just as desktop was falling rapidly, and the company did the quickest pivot of any he's ever seen to make the product work for handheld devices. Cramer also says he still believes in Alphabet (GOOGL) - Get Report , saying if the company can better monetize YouTube, it will be a big plus.
