Discovery Communications' (DISCA) - Get Report acquisition of Scripps Networks (SSP) - Get Report shows how there's still value in evergreen programming, according to TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.
"There's Disney (DIS) - Get Report struggling with ESPN, which is active content - and we always hear what people really want is live programming," Cramer said.
