TheStreet's Jim Cramer is suspicious of the potential AT&T and DirecTV merger because of DirecTV's presence in Latin America. Cramer says Yelp is an algorithm because when the stock goes higher on a decent quarter, it brings up the rest of the software-as-a-service sector. Cramer thinks Workday is compressed and he thinks the sector can bounce. Exxon's production growth was not as great as Cramer had thought and it made the quarter by cutting back on exploration and production.
