Jim Cramer on Acacia Communications: Read the 10-K Report

Investors would have known about Acacia Communications (ACIA) - Get Report small customer base had they read the risks section of the company's annual 10-K report, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

The stock was slammed earlier this week after the Commerce Department barred U.S. companies from selling parts to China phone-parts maker ZTE, which is a big customer of Acacia.
