Jim Cramer: Oil Stocks Are on Fire

'The oil stocks themselves are on fire,' Cramer said. Oil prices rose Monday on speculation that a production freeze may be arranged among some of the world's biggest producers. 'The freeze I think is a joke,' Cramer said. 'Don't buy oil off of that.'
