The market will 'continue to be rough' for investors with lower oil and Brexit worries weighing on investors minds, says TheStreet's Jim Cramer. He said the Federal Reserve's decision not to hike interest rates was good for high yielding stocks. Cramer said the drop in oil prices is a major hurdle for stocks because it points to a weak global economy. The pullback in oil is overshadowing the good news in Merck (MRK) - Get Report , which said its cancer immunotherapy Keytruda delayed the re-growth of tumors and prolonged survival in patients with newly diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer compared to chemotherapy.

At the time of publication, Jim Cramer's charitable trust Action Alerts PLUS held no positions in stocks mentioned.
