Jim Cramer: Nova Shows What Teamwork Can Accomplish
Villanova's victory over the University of North Carolina in last night's NCAA championship basketball game proves the value of teamwork, said TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Cramer said the majority of Villanova players are true scholar-athletes who will not go on to NBA careers. Still, the team came together under Villanova Coach Jay Wright to outplay a Tar Heel team that many fans had penned in as champions when they were filling out their brackets. Cramer said Wright, a Mad Money fan in his own right, assembled a band of brothers that was willing to sacrifice and put their egos aside for the good of the team. And when things got tight at the end of the game, that's when the true character of the team - and the wisdom of Jay Wright - really paid off. 'Sometimes teamwork wills out, and that's what you saw last night,' said Cramer. 'Congratulations Wildcats you know I was with you all the way.'
