Jim Cramer says Ebola, company earnings and Europe's economy are three wildcards to keep in mind. He says Europe is going into recession really quickly which is why interest rates are going down so quickly there and that in turn is being transported to our market. Cramer says Ebola continues to be underestimated by the government and if it is underestimated by them then it'll be underestimated by us. So we need the government to take control of situation so we can feel a little more confident. He says earnings have been positive for the most part but people keep looking at the negative which is why Intel can get downgraded and why Wells Fargo can have a decent quarter and people still say negative things, and why CSX reports a good quarter but people sell it off anyway.
