Jim Cramer Likes Constellation Brands Over Peyton Manning's Budweiser
TheStreet’s Jim Cramer, manager of the ACTION Alerts PLUS charitable trust portfolio, said it’s not too join the gold rush, as skittish investors move from stocks into the metal. ‘Gold is so far down that it still can be bought,’ said Cramer, who’s a fan of Randgold Resources (GOLD). Cramer also said Newmont Mining (NEM) and Barrick Gold (ABX) have room to move higher. A viewer asked Cramer whether it was time to buy more Starbucks (SBUX), and he said he bought shares of it on Monday for Action Alerts PLUS. Cramer also commented on beer stocks. Super Bowl winning quarterback Peyton Manning may like Budweiser (BUD), but Cramer said Constellation Brands(STZ) has come down more, and that’s the one to buy. Cramer also commented on Coke’s earnings (KO), banking stocks including Banco Santander (SAN), and Alphabet (GOOG).
