As Oracle (ORCL) - Get Report moves more toward cloud, Jim Cramer believes the risk and reward opportunity on the company's shares is decent. "Once Oracle closes the deal with Netsuite, then there will be a critical mass of cloud. They need to be more cloud oriented," says Cramer. He also believes Larry Ellison is a genius and is doing what is right for the company.
