Jim Cramer: Southwest Sourcing From AirBus Would Be 'Incredible'

Publish date:
Video Duration:

Jim Cramer interviewed Gary Kelly, the CEO of Southwest Airlines (LUV) , this morning to get his take on their earnings and what's going on with the Boeing (BA) partnership as the 737 Max planes remain grounded.

Here is Jim's takeaway:

"They delivered a very good quarters despite the Max consumer demand is very strong. So one takeaway from the interview was business is really good. But the other thing that mattered most was that he just said, listen, I am still not happy with Boeing now... he just said, look, you know, maybe we're even thinking about sourcing away. Now that would be incredible. Southwest Air became a split source and went to Airbus."
