TheStreet’s Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer is keeping an eye on Wells Fargo’s (WFC) financial results, which are released before the markets open on Friday. Analysts expect the San Francisco-based bank to report fourth quarter earnings per share of $1.02 on sales of $21.8 billion. During the same quarter a year ago, the bank also posted earnings of $1.02 a share on sales of $21.4 billion. But amid the bearish sentiments across the markets, Cramer said Wells Fargo’s results may not matter. ‘We’re in a period where good news is being ignored and bad news is being accentuated,’ Cramer said. U.S. stocks entered correction territory on Wednesday and analysts expect the bears to come to the surface.
