Jim Cramer Is Watching Sunday’s OPEC Meeting in Doha

Cramer said U.S. production is starting to drop and that oil will be in a range between $35 and $50 a barrel. Prices for West Texas Intermediate have gained 0.5 percent since the start of the year.
