Jim Cramer Is Watching May Retail Sales on Tuesday

TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer is keeping an eye on retail sales data for May, released at 8:30am Eastern on Tuesday.

Analysts expect retail sales to rise 0.3 percent during the month, compared to a 1.3 percent increase in April.

While Cramer will be watching these numbers, he's most interested in online sales, particularly Amazon's (AMZN) - Get Report sales, given the woes throughout the retail sector.

In Tuesday's report, the government will reveal data for sales at nonstore retailers, which includes online retailers.
