Federal Reserve Chairman Janet Yellen should say the Fed can't raise interest rates right now when she speaks in Philadelphia on Monday, according to TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Cramer made the comments after Friday's dismal jobs report that sent stocks lower. Cramer said the economy is slowing, and that's why investors were aggressively buying Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) - Get Report and Bristol Myers (BMY) - Get Report on Thursday. Cramer said regardless of what Yellen says on Monday, there will be other voices on the Fed who will say the FOMC should raise rates.
At the time of publication, Jim Cramer's charitable trust Action Alerts PLUS held no positions in stocks mentioned.
