Cramer says, "If GE is really going to offload its oil service business here, if they are selling here just when Chevron (CVX) - Get Report is calling a bottom, when Baker Hughes is calling a bottom, when Halliburton (HAL) - Get Report is calling a bottom, when Schlumberger (SLB) - Get Report says the bottom is here -- you don't sell at the bottom. You don't buy high and sell low without being criticized."
