Jim Cramer is Not Impressed With Tesla and Panasonic's New Partnership
Jim Cramer is tired of Tesla's press releases and says what matters is auto production and making money.
Tesla (TSLA) - Get Report and Panasonic plan to work together to produce photovoltaic cells for solar panels, if Tesla's planned purchase of SolarCity (SCTY) is approved. But TheStreet's Jim Cramer isn't impressed. "Tesla is just an endless series of press releases," explains Cramer. "I tire of it. I think what matters is, build a lot of cars and make some money." This announcement comes ahead of another planned "product unveiling" by Tesla later this week. Tesla was scheduled to announce a new product on Monday, but delayed it until Wednesday. Tesla CEO Elon Musk wrote on Twitter that the team was working on refining the product and needed a little more time.
