TheStreet's Jim Cramer says since the problems in Greece started, the S&P is up 75% so use it as a chance to buy. In a potential first step toward resolving the crisis, Greece prime minister Alexis Tsipras agreed that Greek officials would meet with members of the European Commission, the ECB and the IMF on Friday. Cramer says he expects to see a Greece settlement consisting of a stretch out of debt payments over 70 years. That will help to bring back money from the sidelines from those who have been scared away by the notion of a Greek exit from the eurozone, he says. Greece owes around 315 billion euros, which is 175% of GDP.
