Cramer made the comments in an exclusive one-hour webinar he hosted with legendary chartist Marc Chaikin last week.
Both Cramer and Chaikin also agreed that Amazon didn't destroy Target (TGT) - Get Report , which posted 41% year-over-year digital sales growth for its most recent quarter.
