"I think that Intel was too negative about itself," Cramer said, adding that the company usually has a strong fourth quarter but Intel threw cold water on those expectations, causing investors to sell. "I would not give up on Intel." Intel's fourth quarter revenue guidance missed analysts' estimates. The company reported results after the closing bell on Tuesday.
