Jim Cramer says General Electric  (GE) - Get Report could move higher even sooner if it adopts a plan put forth by activist fund manager Nelson Peltz. Cramer says, "They are positioning themselves in aerospace. They are positioning themselves in infrastructure. If you talk about broad themes, they are really positioning themselves in health care." He believes all of those things will help lead shares higher over the next five years.
