Jim Cramer: I Never Want to Underestimate Samsung

Amid Samsung's unveiling of its Galaxy S8, TheStreet's Jim Cramer said he never wants to underestimate the company. "[Samsung] was integral in  Apple (AAPL) - Get Report going from $93 to $143," he said.
