Cramer says the value of Twitter goes up when users can filter out negative remarks and commentary from certain users. According to Cramer, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, along with executives Anthony Noto and Adam Bain, who departed the company, have taken the trolling and bullying issues seriously. Cramer spoke earlier from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
