Jim Cramer: I'm Confused With Pfizer

Jim Cramer noted, "Every time I see the Pfizer (PFE) - Get Report quarter I recognize why they needed to do the Allergen (AGN) - Get Report deal."

However, he's confused by Pfizer and why they haven't done more breakthrough work. He noted they have the ability to shake things up and they have not distinguished themselves.
