Jim Cramer says he doesn't think Bayer's proposed acquisition of Monsanto will close.
TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer doesn't think Bayer's proposed acquisition of Monsanto (MON) will close. "Stop talking to lawyers; start talking to farmers -- farmers won't like this [deal]," Cramer said, adding that farmers simply want the best price for seeds. Germany-based Bayer agreed to purchase Monsanto for $66 billion or $128 a share.
