TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer doesn't blame the slew of Williams Companies (WMB) - Get Report board members for resigning on Thursday. 'I used to be a big fan of this group and the group has just let me down too many times ever since Kinder Morgan (KMI) - Get Report slashed the dividend,' Cramer said. 'I think these companies are paying out too much and I think their balance sheets are too levered.' The resignations came after the board was unsuccessful in removing its CEO, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.
