Jim Cramer says Hulu is going to be a competitor to Netflix and could give more TV viewers a reason to cut the cord.

On Wednesday, Time Warner (TWX) reported earnings for its latest quarter and announced a 10 percent stake in Hulu. 'This is another sign of support for Hulu,' Cramer said. 'Hulu may be a reason why you cut the cord, which would be bad for Time Warner.' Though Cramer said Time Warner delivered a magnificent quarter.
