Jim Cramer says it was 'absolutely right' of HP Enterprise to sell its software unit.
TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer says it was 'absolutely right' of HP Enterprise (HPE) - Get Report to sell its software unit. 'As [TheStreet's Eric Johnsa] pointed out [in an article], the declines there are horrendous,' Cramer said. 'They are now primed to do an acquisition.' Micro Focus will purchase HP Enterprise's software properties for $8.8 billion.
