TheStreet's Jim Cramer said he continues to worry about Valeant (VRX) and he's racking his brain trying to figure out how much the company's shares are worth. Cramer said, 'CEO Mike Pearson is going to be called in front of the Senate. We don't really know who the new CEO is. There is a technical default being talked about.' The embattled drug maker is facing a 60-day window in which to file its annual report or it must pay its bonds back early. Cramer said that while issues with Valeant remain, on Tuesday, his charitable trust portfolio, Action Alerts PLUS, bought shares of Allergan (AGN) - Get Report . Cramer said, 'everyone is scared, but I just want to remind you that Pfizer (PFE) - Get Report was willing to pay $360 for a stock that is now going to be at $200.'
