Jim Cramer: Government Has to Start Putting People to Work

TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Co-Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer says the poor jobs number is being blamed on the poor winter weather sweeping most of the country that is not conducive to businesses hiring. However, Cramer says the federal government has to start putting people to work and if it can't, the state governments, many who now have a surplus in their coffers, should step in. Cramer also did not like that President Obama's CEA advisor Jason Furman did not talk about the Keystone pipeline and how it would create jobs. Cramer thinks the government might create a task force to figure out how to create jobs in the natural gas industry, but he says he'll believe it when he sees it.
