The Morgan Stanley upgrade of General Motors (GM) - Get Report is less bullish than it sounds, said TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Cramer said the upgrade is "damning with faint praise". Shares of both GM and Ford (F) - Get Report have struggled this year as the hype over driverless cars and a lack of millennial buying has dominated the headlines.
