Jim Cramer says the revisions in GDP tell him exactly what he was hoping to see, which is that the U.S. economy has ascended. The Commerce Department said on Tuesday U.S. GDP grew by 3.9 percent in the third quarter. Cramer says while the rest of the world is decelerating, we're accelerating so expect to see more money coming here which is better for our stock market which is why stocks are deservedly going higher. Cramer explains that when you see an economy with accelerating growth money will be thrown at that economy. Many people think it's the opposite -- they think this is when the Fed has to tighten, they think interest rates are going to go up and suddenly it's going to be harder to borrow. Cramer says this is simply untrue.
