It's hard for Jim Cramer to feel so bullish on oil as a sector currently.

In his exclusive Daily Rundown video for Action Alerts Plus members on Tuesday, Cramer broke down why he isn't feeling so bullish on the sector.

He also explained some of his reasoning in his Real Money column on Monday, Nov. 5.

The Federal Reserve is scheduled to release its minutes Thursday, Nov. 8.

When asked about his thoughts, Cramer responded that his main concern is that the Fed isn't paying attention to oil as a sector.
