InterOil holds a stake in a Papua New Guinea oil and gas infrastructure. The $45 a share bid Exxon proposed for InterOil is a few dollars shy of the company's closing stock price last Friday. 'People were very suspicious if Exxon would bid given how conservative Exxon is,' Cramer said. Exxon shares dipped slightly on Monday.
