TheStreet's Jim Cramer say while Intel's Internet of Things and data business are doing well, it's yet not enough to overshadow how bad PC sales are without an acquisition. He believes the company will be making an acquisition soon and says Intel should be looking into buying Broadcom. He says the quarterly numbers weren't as bad as we expected and the gross margins are not that bad either but an acquisition will be key and it must happen. The chip maker reported first quarter earnings of $0.41 a share, compared to $0.38 a share a year earlier. The company is forecasting growth for the year will be flat.
